File->Move for a CDT project is disabled when in the C perspective but enabled in other perspectives. I'm not sure whether it should be enabled or disabled but it should not depend on the perspective.

I think it should be enabled in C perspective too. It seems to do what's it's supposed to do when used from other perspectives.
