"Incubation" palette compartment has to be removed, it was added for dev purpose but is definitely meaningless for users.

In r4838:
- Incubation palette removed
- Package, InstanceSpecification and Slot moved to "ModelElements"
- Comment and Comment/Constraint link moved to "CommentAndConstraints" (previously named "Constraints").
