For Git Log and Git Remote view add to breadcrumb information about remote and branch.

I did it for remote view, but it needs some API changes to be done for git log view see Bug 347949

Actually I added only the remote branch name, because it already contains the remote name. I'm not sure how should it look like for local branch.
