Adapt Graphiti Developer Guide Formatting

- use the same fonts as other Dev Guides
- provide "Related concepts", "Related References" Sections as others
- remove the per page copyright statements

For comparison see the PDE Developer Guide or the JDT Developer Guide etc

The tutorial is completely reformatted and based on cascading style sheets. All mso-styles are removed. Coding is emphasized with special styles.

An itroductionary "Concepts" chapter has been added.
