The Sample Ecore Editor does not support the following OCL capabilities

- custom validation messages - bug 337792
- CompleteOCL installation

provide extension points or a replacement.

Potentially loading a *.ocl resource into a ResourceSet that knows about *.ocl and Xtext should create a CompleteOCLCSResource that at some point performs an installDelegates to automatically complete the installation allowing Ecore tools to work as normal.

Proviso: complemented EPackages must be in the ResourceSet else, someone could start complementing the global Ecore with highly suspect functionality that affects all modeling applications and maybe e4 too!
