The README refers to VM arguments that aren't used anymore (org.eclipse.orion.server.core.allowedPathPrefixes). 

It should mention the orion.conf file instead

Andrew is going to convert the readme to an HTML file and then I will do some updates on it. I think we should limit the readme to information on running the server. The traditional "known issues" and other information can just be on a web or wiki page.

I have changed the releng setup to use a single readme.html file for all platforms.

It is located at 
org.eclipse.orion.server/releng/org.eclipse.orion.releng/builder/rootfiles/readme.html
