Some ECF bundles are missing their About files so they need to re-spin a new build as their Indigo submission. We should consume it. There will be no code changes.

We've added the about.html files and the epl files...and started our builder to
create a new version.  

Unfortunately, the eclipse.org signing process is failing.  We've reported this
to cross-projects-mailing and it's apparently affecting at least one other
project as well right now (also reported to cross-projects).  

If the eclipse.org signing process is repaired we will be able to have a build
ready by noon eastern 6/1/2011.  If any of you on this bug can help the
eclipse.org signing be repaired/diagnosed, etc...please do so.

ECF updated release build is complete.  The p2 repository is here:

The qualifier for this version is:  v20110531-2218
The git tag is:  R-Release_HEAD-sdk_feature-28_2011-05-31_22-14-29

Please notify on this bug when this build has been consumed.

Thanks Scott for the very quick turn around.  I am happy that you got the build to work and we are all legal again.  I am quite sure the EMO would have made us perform this drill post RC4 if we tried to go through with an exception for the ECF about.html files.

We will work on getting a build done for RC4 today which includes this.

For anyone else reviewing this, note the *only* change here is the ECF bundle qualifiers.  There are no incoming code changes.
