Using 5/30 build.
Installed it on top of RC2, if that matters
Run Configurations dialog has a red box instead of an icon next to "Fortran Local Application"

Reinstalled everything (same: start with epp-parallel RC2, update with 20110530 from ptp indigo update site)

Icon is there and Fortran perspective is there.  (Fortran perspective was also not available in other installation).

Chalk it up to gremlins.  Cannot reproduce.
