I noticed that we can't theme the column separator. With separator I mean the thing you can grap and change the column width. It would be good if we can theme the width and background image of this separator.

Adds a new state "header" to the element Table-GridLine. The state is used for customizing the gridlines in the table header.

Thanks for the patch. Applied to master with small modification with commit 7a59141dffcf0484ca8537cd2b402a5f329d93a4. Added "header" state to Tree-GridLine too.
