It is not possible to change the icon of an element in the palette : a NPE occurs.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Edit a custom palette configuration
2. Select a Drawer or a Tool in the palette preview
3. Click the "Select..." button to change the icon

Bug fix

This patch fixes the bug.

It also adds some missing headers and fixes a String externalization bug.


I, Camille Letavernier, wrote 100% of the code I've provided.
This code contains no cryptography
I have the right to contribute the code to Eclipse.
I contribute the content under the EPL.
