Igor hinted [1] that we would need to do some changes both on the signing plugin itself and on tycho.

We are affected by this on eclipse RTP. And we can't upgrade to the latest tycho for the jetty build because of this bug.

maven.eclipse.org was decommissioned via bug 405750 and replaced with
repo.eclipse.org.

The CBI project also provides a signing plugin in the form of the eclipse-jarsigner-plugin.
