The guide to legal documentation [1], section 4.1 requires that every downloadable zip file contains a file notice.html and the project's main license file in the root directory. Currently, these files have to be copied into the zip files manually.

As current RAP build is based on Tycho (see bug 354781), these files are now added automatically to the zips.
