The API reference documentation has not been available since Galileo.

Will it be available for Indigo? As of Indigo RC2 it seems to missing?

No the Javadoc is only available online.

When you mean online... you mean the documentation from the Galileo release? 

Would it be possible to have a direct link from the RMF project page to an online version of the latest javadoc.
