Steps:
1) GET http://localhost:8080/git/commit/myBranch2/file/h/?page=1
2) In the rsponse there is RemoteLocation: "/git/remote/origin/myBranch/file/h/" pointing at the default remote branch (it does not exist yet)
3) GET http://localhost:8080/git/remote/origin/myBranch2/file/h/

Returns 405
