As stated in the GUIDancer Course book autrun (on command line) can not be used for HTML applications. As this tool is designed for automated testing, i think this should also be possible.

Jubula/GUIdancer is designed for automated testing of applications using html, swing, swt and rcp toolkits. Although starting a html application is not possible via using autrun you can still automate these tests using the AUT configuration and the testexecutor. For further details on this issue check the Jubula/GUIdancer user manual chapter 3.26.
