Build Identifier: xdctools_3_22_00_09

TI814x has a *single* bank of 128K OCMC RAM (at 0x40300000)

TI816x & C6A8168 both have 512K of OCMC RAM in two separate banks of 256K each (at 0x40300000 & 0x40400000)

Verified sizes by banging on memory on actual EVMs for TI816x and TI814x.
