I can stage and un-stage files/hunks but the commit button doesn't do anything. 

I'll have to use the commit view (which will have the staged file plus any changes in the index) or just use another tool outside of eclipse.

It stages files correctly as i can use another tool to type the message and commit.

eclipse version 3.6.1 on mac os x 10.6.7

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add files/hunks within the git stage view
2. type a commit message and click commit
3. nothing happens
