There are several bugs depending on this bug.
We need to re-structure the rendering in order to 
1.Make the consistent action rendering to other git pages (e.g. action pop-ups on hover)
2.Reduce the html markups by rendering from java script.
3.Make it generic to handle responses from git-diff ,git-status , git-log , and git-remote services.
4.Use progress service instead of waiting cursor while waiting for the server response.The waiting time will be longer because we will have almost all the git stuff in git status page.(bug 345978)
