Update the tooling to allow the source stored in EGLARs or attached to the eglar (zip) to be shown in a read only editor. The tooling includes "open on selection", "parts list", debugger, etc

Below features have been added to EDT 0.8.1
  1 Open attached source file in a read-only editor.
  2 Browse EGLAR files in 'Project Explorer' view.
  3 Debugging against EGLAR files.
  3 Search on EGLAR files
