The system eglar files should contain the source that was used to create the IRs contained in the EGLARs.

I believe this is an enhancement for supporting source attachment on eglars, and Paul was mentioning that the system eglars already have the source packaged with them.

  For system eglars, we already have source code attached, but for third-party eglars, the enhancement is not implemented; since in this release, our focus is on system eglars, this enhancement should be deferred to future release.
