By using the ManageBookmarksForm it is possible to add bookmarks to a folder. That form can be openend with the use of the menu ManageBookmarksMenu at AbstractBookmarkMenu. 

If I add one bookmark to a folder it will be moved. If I add another one to the folder it won't be moved but stays where it was.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open ManageBookmarksForm 
2. Create a folder
3. Move a bookmark into the folder
4. Move another bookmark into the folder.
5. Notice that the folder only contains the first bookmark

The patch, if applied to the code base, must be flagged iplog+ so that it appears in the log.

removed iplog flag from ticket and added iplog flag to attachment
