Papyrus 0.7.3 When you perform a control action on a package of the model with applied profiles and with stereotypes on its elements, both profiles and stereotypes are lost in the controlled resource

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create a new papyrus model
2.create a new package
3.apply a profile to the package
4.create a class diagram in the package
5.create an element in the diagram
6.apply a stereotype to that element
7.control the package (via model explorer)
8.check the controlled package and see that there are no profile and/or stereotypes applied

the plugin handling UML profiles with control mode was missing on 0.7 branch, it is now fixed.
we now have an NPE with this plugin on indigo (haven't check on helios+0.7 but it used to work), it will be fixed before release.
