When we want to use protected region, we need to configure a protected region resolver. The XpandConfigurationPage should provide a way to configure this.

The protected region are configured from now via preferences. 

The "prSrcPaths" property is calculated from each outlet set as protected region.The pattern used to save the outlet in the preference is : name@location?protectedRegion=value;overwrite=value;...

Note that just the protected region is supported now and it's expected to support any other attribute when needed.

"prDefaultExcludes" and "prExcludes" are configured separately.
