Can you update org.eclipse.mylyn.commons.ui? The file should be there.

Now the files are there!

It look like this was an timing problem. If the date/time in the cvs history view is in EDT then this bug was created before the files were committed!

The CVS servers may have had some problems at the time of the commit. I got errors when updating around that time but hopefully evertything is back in sync now.
