ArtifactExplorer - check artifact READ permissions prior to allowing artifact to be added to copy clipboard.
ArtifactExplorer - "Paste Special" enabled when "Paste" is not, make consistent.
DialogPopupLogger - not displaying reason passed in.
ArtifactEditor - refresh button not refreshing attribute changes.
ArtifactEditor - access control events not causing refreshes
