AFAIK it's required that all Eclipse projects provide an "About this Project" item on top of the left-hand navigation bar:
   http://wiki.eclipse.org/Development_Resources/HOWTO/Left_Menu

For PDT, it should link to
   http://www.eclipse.org/projects/project_summary.php?projectid=tools.pdt
