The new review dialog width increases as we add text and collapse/expand the extra parameters headers

Adjust the dialogue window to resize and keep the text description in the wrap text description. This prevent the dialogue to expand according to the text and then push all combo buttons in the extra parameter section to be outside the viewing area of the user display.
This solved some other issues raised in some bugs:
Bug 394704, bug 368402, bug 370571, bug 374282
