The class org.eclipse.wst.jsdt.debug.internal.ui.filters.FilterMessages has been implemented incorrectly. It only has one message, but yet points to a message file that has many messages. This means that any time that this class is activated it triggers a lot of .log warning messages.

This class should have it's own properties file.
