During the creation of different themes I faced often the issue that I wanted to style a border. But in some cases I only wanted to style e.g. the border-top. Currently our theming capability lags such a functionality. Having this option would make the styling of RAP based application more flexible.

Another benefit would be, that this functionality would bring us closer to "real css".
