1. Visit Orionhub.org
2. Log in
3. Go to Profile page
4. Change your Name
5. Press Save
=> IS: A prompt pops up saying: Profile saved! 
=> SHOULD BE: A message in the toolbar would be enough.

I would use the progress result area to display the message.
