So that bug 346127 can be implemented without impacting Virgo, Virgo should change its calls to Region.installBundle to use reference: URLs appropriately.

I noticed this bug is still open.  Are you consuming the latest region bundle from equinox?  It should have bug 346127.

No, we have had no urgent need to upgrade. The current version consumed may be found here:
