If you theme a table you may want to have horizontal gridlines. This is easy to achieve by using the Table-GridLine:horizontal item.

But if you have a table that only contains 5 items or so and the bounds of the table are much bigger. The gridlines are also drawn for the empty rows. This results in a really odd looking ui.

I think we should add the possibility to show only the gridlines for filled rows. One solution could be to consider the Table-GridLine:horizontal only for filled rows and introduce a Table-GridLine:horizontal:empty for empty rows.

Agreed that this looks odd. But should we really make it themeable? Alternating row colors are also only drawn up to the last existing item.
I'd suggest that we change the behavior to not draw horizontal grid lines for non-existing items at all.

+1 for Ralf's suggestion.
