The RAP Tooling allows to download the runtime of the latest release or the latest stable build. The tooling should download from stable URLs that do not become outdated when a new version of RAP is released.

The latest release is now available at:
http://download.eclipse.org/rt/rap/latest-release/runtime
http://download.eclipse.org/rt/rap/latest-release/tooling
and the latest stable build at:
http://download.eclipse.org/rt/rap/latest-stable/runtime
http://download.eclipse.org/rt/rap/latest-stable/tooling

Since symbolic links are not supported on the download server, these are composite repositories that point to the current version repositories.
