Dialogs and Groupboxes should ALWAYS be scrollable.

We're optimizing the application for a target screen resolution (that is rather high for contact centers). However, during prototyping/testing/... there will always be users working with an environment that only supports a lower screen resolution than planned.

Sometimes the dialogs are cut but data entry is still possible, sometimes the cutting is so bad, that the application can not be handled anymore.

Implement a solution that always provides scrollbars, but only shows them when needed (ie. screen resolution too low)
