I can't see any of the active notifications on the page "Notifications" in my control panel.

If you have no new messages, it will be empty.  My CP has subscribed threads and forums with new messages, and they're all shown in the notifications pane.

Same as the "Search" page: I now have all my pending subscriptions. Odd.
