When the IDE plugins are committed to Eclipse's CVS system and included in builds, they should go under a separate feature.

At that time we should also move the IDE doc plugins that Saul created to Eclipse's CVS.  They should be in the EDT IDE feature too.  They're in the rad repository under the EDTHelp folder.

The plugins have been open sourced, but the plan is to hold off on an IDE build for a while.  Use bug 348985 to track that work.
