The 4.1 SDK ships with prepopulated p2 repositories:
http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.1-I-builds
http://download.eclipse.org/e4/updates/0.11-I-builds

We should change this to use a stable repository so that users don't see IBuilds after adopting the 4.1 final

I suggest just
http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.1
http://download.eclipse.org/e4/updates/0.11

I have already created http://download.eclipse.org/e4/updates/0.11, Kim we need to coordinate with you to create 4.1

I released the patch and created the 4.1 directory, as well, as set up the rsync for this repo.

Yes, I20110524-2200 has the stable sites as the default repos.
