1. Create a new user account on your server and log in with it.
2. Click "Sites" on the navigation bar.
3. Create a new site; you'll be taken to the site editor.
4. The mapping table widget doesn't appear. I get an error like this:

TypeError: Cannot read property 'id' of undefined  dojo.js.uncompressed.js:4142

This happens when you create a site before creating any files (thus, you have no workspace for the site to be linked to).
