1. Activate the 'Package Explorer' view.
2. Ctrl+F10 > Top Level Elements > Working Sets
3. Select the 'Other Projects' working set.
4. Hit 'Delete'.
5. The dialog asks "Do you want to remove the working set 'Other Projects' or only hide it from the Package Explorer?" but the 'Remove' button is disabled.
