Need to add the following attributes to the compilers and generators extension points:

Compilers -
	Version

Generators -
	Version 
	Provider
	Description
	Parent generator id

I've added the attributes to the extension points, updated the interfaces, provided default implementation in the abstract classes, and updated the current compilers and generators to specify this new information.
