Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create new Xtext project
2. enable projectWizard.SimpleProjectWizardFragment in GenerateMyDsl.mwe2
3. execute GenerateMyDsl.mwe2
4. start runtime workspace
5. File -> New -> Other -> Xtext/MyDsl Project
6. Open META-INF/MANIFEST.MF
