It seems the exception shows up on Linux 64. I've tried on Linux 32bits and it seems ok.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add JPA Facet to Java Project
2. Select Platform to EclipseLink 2.1.x
3. Click on "Download Library" and the exception comes up.

This should work for you with the latest 3.7-stream builds.  Marking as a duplicate.
