In the latest update of org.objectweb.asm (3.3.1) the "Bundle-Localization: plugin" got removed from MANIFEST.MF. This results in missing provider info.

We've already promoted a build we said was "for RC2". Next Orbit promotion is planned for Saturday, "for RC3".
