To use devhelp information with libhover one must manually update or create the libhover information by clicking on the "Generate" button in Preferences-> Library Hover -> Devhelp.

It would be nice if the information is generated automatically during startup, and updated when needed. For example when a new library or a new version of a library is installed.

We should be careful to do this in a thread like the git updating or the java tooling initialization.

It still exists.  I'll take a look at the SystemTap probe/function loading.
