Yes, that seems reasonable to me. It would probably still make sense to switch to the context tab to show the result of the download but it seems reasonable to skip the automatic task activation. I was thinking of when you are already on the context tab. I don't know what should happen otherwise. Right, I was thinking of the context menu in the task editor attachments sections. Definitely makes sense for the context tab and task list context menu. Mylyn has been restructured, and our issue tracking has moved to GitHub [1].
