Since this code still needs to go through a CQ, I am changing the target milestone to iteration 8.

It was determined in today's scrum that this code doesn't need to go through a CQ since it was written by us.  It is in the process of being scanned and will be committed thereafter.

The edit menu is still commented out due to refactoring code that is still missing from EDT.  Will open a separate enhancement to implement that at a later time.
