The bundle org.eclipse.e4.ui.widgets has a readme.txt saying the bundle is obsolete. See bug 301739 for discussion on why it is obsolete. However a year later it is still in our 4.x builds. It needs to be removed from whatever feature is including it. Also the source code should be deleted in HEAD to avoid confusion for anyone checking out that bundle.
