I wanted to download the latest official version of Gemini Web. I went to the project web site and navigated to the download page: 
http://www.eclipse.org/gemini/web/download/

There I see that the latest official release is 1.1.1.RELEASE. But the download link is broken: 
http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/gemini.web/release/GW/1.1.1.RELEASE/gemini-web-1.1.1.RELEASE.zip

Using SCP I found that on the download server there is a download archive only for version 1.1.0.RELEASE, but not for 1.1.1.RELEASE.

I forgot to upload the zip. I have highlighted that step in the instructions to reduce the risk in future. The link now works and the zip should propagate across the mirrors in the next day or so, but can be downloaded from the main mirror before then.
