I am trying to change the emulator size for Android. In run time settings window, scrolling is disabled so I am not able to reach to the section where I can define the scaling option.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Run configuration
2.Select Android 
3.Go to Target, Scrolling is disabled

Those tabs are from ADT. You should raise a bug there.
