If I view the Helios repository using a categorized view, the two plug-ins:
PTP Remote Tools Adapter
PTP Remote Tools Services

are not visible if the "Group items by category" checkbox is checked (it is checked by default). They are, however, visible if that checkbox is unchecked.

The same problem appears in the current build of Eclipse Indigo, which is RC1.

Note that I see this when running on Linux x86_64, but I suspect that the same
problem exists for other hosts as well, so I set the Hardware and OS to All/All.

This is how it works. When "Group items by category" is selected, you only see features that we have explicitly identified during the aggregation build. We only show a subset of features to make it simpler for the user. When it is not selected, you see all the features. This latter mode is not really useful, however, since you really need to know what you are doing to install features individually.

The original problem was that these features were not getting installed when I installed every PTP feature that was visible in the "Group items by category".  I think there may have been some missing dependencies at the time.
